Old water feature had been left there and decayed for some time now it had to go!

Once old water feature was removed the hole it left had to be filled and compacted and then graded and prepared for sod

Sod and stepping stones installed after irrigation system was installed

Grade was to high in the middle old planted hedge along right side was either overgrown or died and was an eyesore and an oldstyle lamp post that just didnt fit with the new landscape plans had to be removed

Hedges removed new boxwoods along interlock path some boxwoods and white hydrangeas to hide AC unit
Total regrade and new sod installed some dark mulch around the existing tree and new boxwoods and the home owner provide a low voltage lighting system to enhance the walkway and over all look!
